1. Designation Project Lead – Residential Buildings
- Location – Head Office, Mumbai

Job Summary:
We are looking for a capable and motivated Project lead to support the execution and delivery of residential building projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing mid to large-scale residential developments, with a good understanding of construction practices site coordination, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and managing residential construction projects.
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and progress reports.
- Ensure work is carried out as per design, quality and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site visits and meetings to track work status.
- Help in resolving on-site issues and keeping the project on schedule.
- Support project documentation, approvals, and handovers process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 0-15 years of experience in residential construction, Preferably mid/high-rise buildings.
- Good understanding of construction workflows, site coordination, and safety norms.
- Ability to work with minimum teams and handle day-to-day project issues.
- Basic knowledge of project planning tools (e.g. MS Project, Excel)
- Strong communication, result oriented and organizational skills.
2. Designation Project Lead – Industrial Projects (Head Office)
- Location – Head Office
- Reporting To – Head (Operations)
- Industry – EPC/Industrial Construction
- Salary – As per Industry Standards
Job Summary:
Responsible for coordinating industrial projects (e.g. steel plants, refineries, power plants) from the Head Office. This role involves cross-functional coordination with engineering, procurement, Contracts, and site teams to ensure timely & cost-effective project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project planning, scheduling and progress tracking
- Interfere with design, procurement, and site teams for smooth execution.
- Support contract finalization, material tracking, and vendor follow-ups
- Monitor budgets, timelines and flag delays or cost overruns.
- Provide site support and resolve technical or execution issues.
- Maintain project documentation and report to senior management.
- Liaise with clients consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 10-15 years of experience in industrial projects
- Strong coordination, planning, and communication skills.
- Knowledge in MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD
- Proficiency in MS Office.
