1. Team Leader
▪️Qualification: B.Tech / B.E in IT / Computer Science / ECE with MBA
▪️Eligible Project Experience: Similar role in Urban Infrastructure / Smart City PMU projects with population > 15 lakhs.
▪️Minimum Experience & Expertise:
- 10+ years total experience
- Experience as Team Leader / Project Manager in Urban Infra / Smart City PMU projects (>15 lakh population)
2. Project Management Expert (Civil)
▪️Qualification: B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering And Master’s in Construction Management (or equivalent)
▪️Minimum Experience & Expertise: 7+ years experience in design, estimation, execution & supervision of civil projects.
▪️Eligible Project Experience: Similar role in large-scale Civil / infrastructure / smart city works.
3. Project Management Expert (City Surveillance)
▪️Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in IT / Computer Science / Electronics & Telecommunications
▪️Eligible Project Experience: City surveillance / ICT smart city system Implementation & monitoring.
▪️Minimum Experience & Expertise:
- 10+ years relevant experience
- Expertise in monitoring & control of city surveillance system including IT infrastructure.
- Experience in preparing security system manuals & SOPs desirable
4. IT Expert
▪️Qualification: B.Tech / B.E (CS / Electrical / Electronics / Telecommunication / IT / Instrumentation) or MCA
▪️Eligible Project Experience: IT solutions, smart city ICT platforms, software architecture or networking projects
▪️Minimum Experience & Expertise:
- 8+ years relevant IT experience
- Knowledge of software engineering process / software development desirable.
- Networking skills (setup & management) mandatory
- Smart City solution experience desirable.
5. Procurement Expert
▪️Qualification: Graduate in Engineering / Planning / Commerce / Business / Administration / Economics
▪️Eligible Project Experience: Goverment / PSU procurement projects in infrastructure / smart city / urban planning
▪️Minimum Experience & Expertise:
- 6+ years experience
- Experience in Govt. / PSU procurement, bid documents, bid process management, evaluation & award.
6. Urban Planner
▪️Qualification: Master’s in Architecture / M.Plan
▪️Eligible Project Experience: Preparation of master plans, conceptualization or smart city projects.
▪️Minimum Experience & Expertise:
- 5+ years relevant planning experience
- Skilled in project conceptualization & preparation of architectural plans.
