1. Position – Assistant Project Manager
Qualification & Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is required a specialization in Structural Engineering is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in the execution or management of Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) or wastewater infrastructure projects.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or team leadership role such as Construction Inspector, Assistant Engineer, or Project Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and supervise civil structural design & detailing for treatment units, foundation work, retaining walls, tertiary structures, etc.
- Ensure coordination with other disciplines (M&E, hydraulics, environment).
- Monitor construction quality and compliance with design, codes, and specifications.
- Review contractor submissions, BOQ, change orders, and prepare technical back-up
- Conduct site inspection and address field issues promptly
- Liaising with contractors, consultants, and local regulatory bodies.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Support commissioning and hand-over phases.
2. Position: Sales Head
- Location: Bhilwara, Rajasthan
Qualification & Experiences:
- MBA (Marketing / Infrastructure / Sustainability) preferably with B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical / Environment with 7-12 years of experience.
- Develop & Implement strategic water plans targeting textile & allied industries.
- Build & Manage a client funnel from initial contact to contract execution.
- Coordinate water quality trials, SCADA, demos, and flow-based billing integration.
- Engage with Bhilwara Textile Mills Association, RIICO & industry clusters.
- Customize tariffs & supply terms based on client segmentation.
- Post contract account management, complain resolutions & track all sales KPIs using CRM systems & weekly reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leda the commercialization of the Bhilwara Treated Wastewater Reuse (TWW) project.
- Identity, target and convert industrial units particularly textile processors into long-term treated water consumer’s.
- Develop and implement effective field engagement strategies to promote project adoption.
- Design pricing models and lead negotiations to close sales contracts.
- Manage end-to-end client acquisition from lead generation to contract finalization.
- Build and maintain strong post-sales relationship to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project execution and service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and provide strategic input for business development and growth.
