This role is ideal for candidates who have hands-on exposure to WTP, STP, ETP, RO, and UF plants and are willing to work on-site with multidisciplinary teams.
Position Details
Position: Site Engineer – Water & Wastewater Treatment Plants
Key Responsibilities
- Execution of installation and erection works of WTP / STP / ETP / RO / UF plants
- Coordination with civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation teams
- Supervision of contractors and site manpower
- Ensure work execution as per drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications
- Ensure quality and safety compliance at site
- Preparation of daily and weekly progress reports
- Client coordination and participation in site meetings
- Support testing and commissioning of treatment plants
- Material verification and site inventory management
Qualification
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Civil / Environmental / Chemical Engineering
- Candidates with water and wastewater project experience will be preferred
Technical Skills Required
- Knowledge of WTP / STP / ETP / RO / UF processes
- Ability to read engineering drawings and P&ID
- Basic knowledge of pumps, blowers, pipelines, valves, and instruments
- Understanding of safety norms and quality practices
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Other Requirements
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites
- Good communication and team coordination skills
- Ability to work under schedules and project pressure
