1. Designation: Chief Sector Expert (Surveying, Liaison & Land Acquisition)
Qualification:
- A Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 15 years of experience, or a Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 18 Years of experience, in the execution of railway infrastructure projects, including survey, liaison, and land acquisition, related to construction projects for railways,metro systems, or any Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) with the Ministry of Railways, RVNL, RITES, IRCON, DFCCL, Multi-Modal Transport Hubs, Regional Rapid Transit Systems (RRTS), High-speed Rail (HSR), monorail, highways, railways, bridges, or buildings.
Or
At least 15 years of experience as SE/SSE or an equivalent grade and above in the Civil Engineering Department of Railways, and / or as Assistant Manager or higher in the Civil Engineering Department of RITES, IRCON, RVNL, or an equivalent grade in Konkan Railway, MRVC, DFCCIL, or any Joint Ventures (JVs) or Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) with the Ministry of Railways, or any Metro Rail Corporation, either individually or in combination with Experience in executing infrastructure projects such as railways, highways, bridges, and buildings, including work of survey, liaison, and land acquisition, related to construction projects for railways.
2. Team Leader – 01
Qualification: Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering with either Preferably MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in Construction Management/Project Management. With minimum 23 years Experience in Railway / Highway Project.
3. Chief Contract Management Expert – 01
Qualification:
A Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 15 years of experience in managing contracts related to the construction industry, such as railways, highway, airport or bridge projects.
Or
A Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 18 years of experience in managing contracts related to the construction industry, such as railways, highway, airport or bridge projects.
4. Chief Sector Expert (Estimate & Tendering) – 01
Qualification: A Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering with a least 15 years of experience, or a Diploma in Civil Engineering with a least 18 years of experience in executing infrastructure projects such as railways, highways, bridges and buildings, including work related to estimation and tendering.
